Leverage the Impact of Your Personal Brand integrates and extends the learning from Understand the Power of Your Personal Brand content with exercises that help participants integrate messaging that communicates what happens because of you and what you are known for into tools that bring their brand to life. This workshop takes each participant through the process of leveraging their brand message into their LinkedIn profile and other tools depending on the audience (introductions, elevator pitch, bio, resume, networking profile, website content, etc). In small group work, participants test their message in verbal introductions, mock interviews (for job search or business development) and in the experience they deliver through their body language, tone, and presence. Leave behinds include best practice examples of relevant tools.

Building your Corporate Brand through the Power of People Brands

For both keynotes and workshops, Kathleen will create a “template” LinkedIn Profile Summary that can be leveraged in the learning and integrated into employee LinkedIn profiles. This template summary combines the corporate brand summary and the employee brand summary, which can be adapted to reflect the unique personal brand of the individual as it relates to the business.
